The Wales international has established himself as one of the most-sought after players in Europe, with a host of clubs understood to be monitoring the 22-year-old.
However, with Bale having a 60 million euro price-tag around his neck, PSG is one of the few clubs who can afford to spend such a fee on the player as the French capital club is backed by the wealthy Qatar Sports Group.
Carlo Ancelotti's side is reportedly looking to strengthen all areas of the team in the summer, and Bale's representative believes that his charge would be a quality addition to the club.
"Bale is the type of player PSG need," Jonathan Barnett told Telefoot. "But he is very happy at Tottenham."
It is understood that Tottenham will part company with their prized assets, including Bale, if it fails to qualify for the Champions League next season.
The agent, who also represents Ashley Cole then commented on the situation of Chelsea left back, who has also been suggested as a possibility to bolster PSG's rearguard.
"I have heard the rumors, but he is very happy at Chelsea," Barnett added.
